General Questions
What are your operating hours?
We are open daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Orders can be placed online 24/7 for next-day delivery. During peak hours (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM), delivery times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to deliver within 45 minutes.
Do you offer vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes! We have several vegetarian pizzas on our menu including the Veggie Garden and Mediterranean Delight. For vegan customers, we can prepare pizzas with vegan cheese upon request. Please specify your dietary requirements when placing your order.
Can I customize my pizza?
Absolutely! You can add or remove toppings according to your preference. Additional toppings are charged at $2 per topping. Please note your customization requests in the special instructions field when placing your order.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer three sizes: Small (10 inches, 6 slices), Medium (12 inches, 8 slices), and Large (14 inches, 10 slices). The prices listed on our menu are for medium-sized pizzas. Small pizzas are $3 less, and large pizzas are $4 more than the listed price.
Delivery & Orders
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Singapore. Delivery is free for orders above $30. For orders below $30, a $5 delivery fee applies. Please enter your postal code when ordering to confirm delivery availability to your location.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 30-45 minutes from order confirmation. During peak hours and bad weather, delivery may take up to 60 minutes. You will receive real-time updates via SMS about your order status.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS. You can monitor your order through three stages: Preparing, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. Our system provides real-time updates at each stage.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our location at 123 Orchard Road, #01-05, Singapore 238830. Pickup orders receive a 10% discount. Please call ahead to place your order and we will have it ready when you arrive.
What is your minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is $15 for delivery. There is no minimum for pickup orders. We recommend ordering at least $30 worth to enjoy free delivery.
Payment & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayNow, and cash on delivery. Online payment is processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. We will either send a replacement pizza or provide a full refund. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Do you offer corporate catering?
Yes! We offer special corporate packages for events, meetings, and parties. For orders of 10 or more pizzas, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for special pricing and arrangements.
Do you have any loyalty programs?
Yes! Join our loyalty program by creating an account on our website. Earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Collect 100 points to redeem a free medium pizza of your choice. Members also receive exclusive offers and early access to new menu items.
How do you ensure food safety?
Food safety is our priority. All our staff are trained in proper food handling procedures. Our kitchen is regularly inspected and maintains the highest hygiene standards. We use insulated delivery bags to maintain optimal temperature during transport.
